Tamara Quader is an experienced professional in the field of learning design, with a passion for creating impactful educational experiences, particularly in the realm of eLearning. Currently serving as the Head of Learning Design at Allara, Tamara plays a key role in shaping the organisation's learning strategies and driving innovation. Prior to her current position, Tamara worked as an Instructional Designer at KPMG Australia and HowToo Expert (formerly Savve), where she contributed to the development of effective learning solutions. Tamara's proficiency in innovative learning approaches such as gamification and animation underscore her ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. With a deep understanding of effective instructional strategies, Tamara has created learning experiences for the big four banks and government agencies. Before transitioning into the field of learning design, Tamara was a teacher for five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Sydney, alongside a Cert IV in TESOL. With her extensive experience in learning design and her strong focus on eLearning, she continues to make a significant contribution to the field, leveraging her expertise to develop engaging and effective online learning solutions.
