Compliance Refresh 2024: Incorporating Critical Legislative Updates

Published: 25 July 2024

I'm excited to share that our 2024 compliance refresh has successfully integrated the latest workplace regulations into our learning programs. This comprehensive update ensures our workforce has the knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving legal landscape.

A cornerstone of this refresh has been the incorporation of the following legislation:

These landmark laws significantly impact workplace practices, and our employees must be fully informed.

Our team translated complex legal requirements to incorporate them into engaging and accessible learning modules. We've carefully analysed the implications of each legislative change and developed training content that addresses key areas such as pay secrecy, job ads, flexible work, gender equality, enterprise agreements, paid family and domestic violence leave, and the prevention of sexual harassment.

To guarantee the accuracy and relevance of our training materials, we've collaborated closely with our subject matter expert, Kate Hemat-Siraky, from Zest People. Kate's deep understanding of the legislation has been invaluable in ensuring our content aligns with the latest standards and best practices.

By embedding these critical updates into our compliance training, we're fulfilling our legal obligations and fostering a workplace culture that prioritises fairness, equality, and respect.

I'm confident that this compliance refresh will empower our employees to navigate their roles confidently while upholding the highest ethical and legal standards.
