With this knowledge base, you will be able to confidently explore the world of wine with confidence and understanding.  

This course, Introduction to Wine Knowledge, covers: 

  • The styles of wine and the 20 most common grape varietals for wine making 

  • How to store wine for both short-term and long-term storage 

  • The best glassware for different types of wine 

  • How to open wine and sparkling wine 

  • How to decant wine, and how to pour still and sparkling wine.
