This comprehensive course equips employees working in the hospitality industry with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, prevent, and respond to workplace safety risks in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. By understanding workplace hazards, safety responsibilities, and emergency procedures, participants contribute to a safe and compliant work environment.
The course is organized into several learning modules covering key aspects of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Participants gain practical tools to support safe work practices in hospitality environments.

The following information is provided prior to enrollment for the Allara Global OSHA Workplace Safety Training Certificate Program.
The Allara Global OSHA Workplace Safety Training Certificate Program provides education and assessment designed to support safe work practices and regulatory compliance in hospitality environments. The program covers hazard identification and prevention, safe work practices, emergency response, and applicable workplace safety requirements aligned with OSHA General Industry standards.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be able to identify workplace hazards, apply safe work practices, follow workplace safety procedures, and respond appropriately to workplace incidents and emergencies in hospitality environments.
Participants must complete all required learning modules and achieve a minimum passing score of 70% on the final assessment in order to earn the certificate.
Participants have 30 days to complete the course after enrollment. The course is self-paced and typically takes two to three hours to complete.
The final assessment consists of multiple-choice questions. Participants must select the best answer for each question. The exam must be completed in one sitting and cannot be paused once started.
Certificates are issued to participants who successfully meet all program requirements. The certificate demonstrates successful completion of the program at the time of assessment. Renewal may be required every three years, or earlier based on employer requirements or workplace conditions.
Course materials are developed and maintained by the Allara Global instructional design team and reviewed by qualified subject matter experts with demonstrated experience in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, hospitality operations, and adult learning design.
Participants must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity and possess basic digital literacy skills required to complete online coursework and assessments.
This course is intended for individuals working in the hospitality industry, including employees in restaurants, hotels, and service environments who are responsible for maintaining safe work practices.
Program fees, enrollment access timelines, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are communicated prior to enrollment and are administered in accordance with Allara Global’s policies and procedures, available at: www.allaraglobal.com/policy_and_procedures
Allara Global collects learner information necessary to administer enrollment, deliver instruction, maintain assessment records, and issue certificates. Personal information and assessment results are treated as confidential and may only be disclosed with learner authorization, when required by law, for accreditation activities, or for certificate verification purposes.
Allara Global handles learner information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Participants may request access to their records, submit a complaint, or appeal a certificate decision by contacting the Allara Global Help Desk at helpdesk@allaraglobal.com.
This certificate program does not currently provide academic or continuing education credit through an external credit-approving organization.
This certificate program does not receive commercial sponsorship or external financial support that influences instructional content, assessment development, or certification decisions.
Certificates issued by Allara Global may be used solely to demonstrate successful completion of the certificate program during the stated validity period. Use of the Allara Global name, logos, trademarks, or certificate imagery in a manner that implies licensure, endorsement, or organizational certification is prohibited. Certificates remain the property of Allara Global and may be suspended or invalidated if misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation occurs.
