Priscilla Leong is a highly accomplished hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the Australian drinks industry. Having worked in diverse markets such as Greece, Singapore, and Australia, Priscilla has honed her skills in various settings, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and liquor brands.

Priscilla’s passion for bartending has earned her numerous awards. In 2022, she won the prestigious Bartender of the Year award at the Australian Bar Awards. She has also been a finalist and winner of several national cocktail competitions, including Speed Rack Australia 2018, Australian Bartender Magazine’s Bartender of the Year (2015-2022), and Diageo World Class Australia, among others. She has also served as a guest judge at the Australian Distilled Spirits Competition and a speaker at a Tales of the Cocktail seminar.

Hailing from Singapore, known for its rich spice and hawker street food culture, Priscilla has infused a creative approach to drinks and hospitality. Her impressive list of collaborative projects and brands includes working with Chanel, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Young President’s Organisation, and Remy Cointreau International events at prestigious hotels like the Fullerton Hotel and Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. She also played a vital role in the restoration of the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore, where she led the beverage offering and training program for 14 Food & Beverage concepts.

Priscilla’s expertise in spirits and cocktails from around the world is exceptional, having worked with spirit-focused cocktail bars like the Baxter Inn in Sydney. Her exceptional leadership skills have seen her lead high-performance teams in various settings, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and event projects. She is also skilled in building networks and maintaining strong relationships, developing profitable business strategies, and implementing innovative management and training programs.

Recently, Priscilla has joined JERRY as a Professor. JERRY, a brand under Allara Global, is an industry leading bar and beverage training platform. JERRY Professors complement the online training courses and resources by giving learners the opportunity to interact with internationally acclaimed industry experts in person.

In her role as a Professor at JERRY, Priscilla brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to provide expert guidance and training to beverage hospitality teams, helping them to take their craft to new heights and create unforgettable experiences for their customers.
