Welcome onboard, Morris Hospitality and CBCo Brewing!

Building upon our longstanding and successful relationship providing hospitality training to The Ville Resort–Casino, a part of the Morris Group renowned for Morris Escapes, a collection of boutique sustainable lodges and experiences across North Queensland, and the acclaimed venues and breweries by Morris Hospitality, we're thrilled to announce the addition of Morris Hospitality and CBCo Brewing to our family.

Established by the Morris family in 2008, Morris Hospitality has flourished to encompass some of Victoria and Queensland's most cherished bars, pubs, and restaurants. From iconic heritage-listed pubs like The Albert Park and Portsea Hotel to local favourites such as O'Connell's and Half Moon, and legendary Melbourne institutions like Railway Club Hotel and Lucky Coq, their stable of venues offers something for everyone.

CBCo Brewing, originating as a humble micro-brewery in Margaret River, Western Australia's South West region, has grown to become one of Australia's largest independent, Australian-owned, and operated breweries.

We are delighted to be working with a group that is dedicated to investing in their team members, providing comprehensive training to empower them to excel in their roles, foster their professional growth, and support them in achieving their aspirations.

Morris Hospitality and CBCo Brewing will leverage Allara Global's extensive course library and enterprise learning platform, as well as its integration capabilities, to further enhance their workforce development initiatives. We will provide customised training pathways and ongoing support to ensure their continued success.
