Food Inc (formerly known as Emmanuel Stroobant Group) is an award-winning food and beverage hospitality group in Singapore with 4 restaurants, an event and institutional catering arm, and a F&B marketing consultancy that includes marketing and kitchen consultancy under its belt.

One of the pioneers of French fine dining in Singapore with the launch of Saint Pierre in 2000, Chef-Owner emmanuel stroobant and his wife Edina Hong have since grown the business to include several restaurant concepts, from MICHELIN-Starred Sushiya Shoukouwa to casual restaurants Kingdom of Belgians and SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse.
