Allara Global in Morocco

Recently, our JERRY Bar & Beverage team had the privilege of delivering a 5-day Leadership Seminar to the F&B&E Managers from six RISMA Hotels across Morocco. Hosted at the stunning Sofitel Marrakech Palais Impérial & Spa, this intensive program covered everything from concept development and beverage management metrics to advanced sales techniques and contemporary cocktail craft.

Led by our expert JERRY Professors, Jeremy Moreau and Jean-Philippe Causse, the seminar empowered RISMA’s leadership team with the skills and strategies needed to reinforce beverage excellence across their venues. This resulted in a reinvigorated management team and a solid foundation to drive the next chapter of success at RISMA Hotels.

But the journey doesn’t stop there. Over the next year, we’ll continue to work closely with the managers to refine their beverage programs, enhance service standards, and support extensive renovations. Plus, their teams are now enrolled in the JERRY Bar & Beverage training program on the Allara Global Learning Platform, ensuring continuous skill development.
