Bullying is a nuanced and complicated subject, and can have some terrible consequences for the wellbeing of your staff and business.

This online course is designed to give your staff the skills and knowledge required to effectively prevent, avoid and deal with bullying in the workplace. It places learners in scenarios that lead them to think critically about how they should act in real life situations and how to respond if they encounter bullying behaviour.

Course topics include:

• Describing workplace bullying using examples of what is, and what it is not
• Identifying when you or someone else is a victim of bullying and the appropriate actions you can take
• Understanding the impacts that bullying can have in the workplace.
