Course information

So, you've got your first work plan in place and shared it with the right people. But what happens when things change? How do you update and evaluate its success? In this course we will look at how to tweak and adapt your plan as needed and use metrics and evaluation methods to assess how well it's working.

By the end of this course, you'll have a better understanding of:

  • Tracking and evaluating work performance against scheduled expectations.
  • Seeking feedback from others, such as colleagues or supervisors, to assess your performance objectively.
  • Implementing updates and adjustments to your work performance based on feedback and performance monitoring.
  • Setting realistic and achievable goals for future performance improvement.

This is the second course in our series on personal work plans. Before diving into this one, be sure to complete the first course, "Designing Your Personal Work Plan." It sets the foundation for this course and ensures you get the most out of your learning experience.
