Effective communication is an essential ingredient for success in any workplace, and breakdowns in communication can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and even lost opportunities.  

By the end of this course, you'll have a better understanding of:  

  • The role of interpersonal skills in communication, and how they affect our interactions with others.
  • Effective techniques for resolving conflicts not only among team members, but also with stakeholders and clients.
  • Acceptable and unacceptable language and communication for the workplace.
  • How to evaluate and solicit feedback on your conflict resolution skills, and use that feedback to improve your ability to manage conflicts.
