In Victoria, gaming venue staff involved in gaming operations are required to complete approved Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) training (delivered free of charge via the Department of Justice and Community Safety) along with ongoing refresher training every three years. This training ensures compliance with Victorian gambling regulations, which are strictly monitored and enforced by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
