MENTAL FITNESS LEARNING PLAN • PART 1 OF 8
Build the foundations of Mental Fitness by exploring wellbeing, emotions and resilience, with practical strategies for everyday wellbeing and performance.
Course overview
Mental Fitness is to mental wellbeing what physical fitness is to physical health. Like physical fitness, it can be strengthened through learning, reflection and everyday habits.
As the first course in the Mental Fitness learning plan, this module introduces the core concepts that underpin the programme. Learners explore the relationship between wellbeing and Mental Fitness, understand the role emotions play in everyday life and develop practical strategies for building resilience.
